Ample time is spent with a prospective buyer in the rabbitry for the buyer to determine whether
the animal could be ill or not, is what the buyer wanted, or for the buyer to determine the quality
of the rabbit is not what they wanted.

Pictures of our for sale stock are provided upon request.

All of our rabbits are lovingly cared for and  inspected daily. Most of the rabbits are friendly
and like being held.  Upon maturity both bucks and does can become aggressive. If you are
purchasing a rabbit for a house pet, we recommend you neuter or spay your rabbit to prevent
unwanted litters, prolong life, avoid aggressive behaviour and avoid spraying.

If any rabbit appears the least bit ill they are immediately separated from the herd and put into
quarantine.  Treated, but not placed back into the herd, they may be culled or sold as pets
depending on the illness affecting the rabbit.
There will be no cash refunds accept what will be viewed as
acceptable by the owners of
Maria's Zoo Rabbitry
These policies have to be put in place prior to the sale of each and
every rabbit to ensure healthy rabbits and to protect both the buyer and
the rabbitry.

NO exceptions are to be made unless the rabbitry feels they are at fault
in some way  and then only by the rabbitry owners decision will a refund
or replacement be made.
